primer ~ cream consistency
The primer is creamy but it becomes slightly tacky on the skin. I let it sit for a minute before applying my foundation. Although it is a creamy consistency it is not hydrating at all. This is my least favorite product of the set.
The setting powder contains wild rose extract which is high in vitamin C to brighten skin. It seems slightly shimmery in the pan however the shimmer isn't visible once applied. It's great when used with Ecotools Kabuki Brush.
The bronzer/blush is a tawny, gold/copper shade. Not ideal for contouring and as you can see in the picture it brings the shimmer to your face. I like using it as blush because it adds so much warmth to my face and I don't have to use a highlighter with it. This is my favorite item from the set because it's so flattering.
Overall I feel my gut impulse is pretty good because it introduced me to a quality brand and I find myself reaching for these products frequently.
I just wanted to state on my blog, I know I've been out of the blogging world for a while but I am still getting page views and that really means a lot. This spring semester was incredibly difficult and once school let out I couldn't bare to look at my Mac because it just brought back stressful memories of finals week. Anyhow I'd like to get back into the saddle again because blogging about my obsessions makes me really happy.
